Very Yummy, Simple, Green Snack


These last couple of days I have been eating this very simple, tasty, and satisfying snack whenever I’m hungry and don’t feel like preparing anything that is more time consuming.

I toast a couple of pieces of whole-rye bread and in a seperate bowl prepare a beautiful green mixture with avocado, chicory, dill, lime juice, and ground black pepper. Spread the mixture on the bread and off you go!


Vary this snack according to your taste.
Add a spicy ingredient, use any other fresh herb, or try using another type of
fresh citrus juice.


Enjoy it as a snack in between meals, as a side dish, with a salad, or as part of a savoury breakfast.
